Shashikant Gurav is Senior Program Coordinator and is responsible for the programs in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State. He holds Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Hyderabad. He joined Pratham in 2002 in Mumbai and has been responsible for project implementation Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State since 2008.
Ashok Sheikh is working as a district coordinator for Guntur. He has completed his Bachelors in Commerce from Nagarjuna University and has been working with PCVC since 2007. Ashok is responsible for implementation of different PCVC lead projects in Guntur along with the liaising with the administration.
Sudhir is a Senior Program Coordinator and is responsible for the different projects in Sitamarhi, Bihar. He has been with Pratham since 2008 and is a Postgraduate from Bihar University.
Subrat is a Senior Program Coordinator and is responsible for the implementation of Adolescent Empowernment project and other PCVC lead initiatives in Gaya, Bihar. Subrat additionally supports with the organization’s social media pages. He holds a Master of Social Work and a Masters in English Language and Literature from Fakir Mohan University, Odisha.
Prasad is the Senior Program Coordinator, responsible for programs in Gujarat. Before joining Pratham in 2001, he worked at Brook Hanson and at Cipla Pharmaceuticals. Prasad’s work at Pratham has included the Read India Campaign in Bhavnagar, rural programmes in Rajkot, Read Surat Campaign covering 50,000 schools and 1,200 volunteers. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics. And currently he overlooks the CHILDLINE projects implementation in city of Surat.
Manisha joined PCVC Gujarat chapter in 2012. She is in charge of overseeing the implementation of ChildLine project in Valsad. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, Dharampur and is currently completing her Post-graduation in Sociology from the same university.
Kalpana is a Senior Program Coordinator and head of administration for Mumbai Program. She is also responsible for the education intervention in Mumbai. She joined Pratham in 1997, after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree from Y.C.M.O.U. Over the years, Kalpana has worked across Pratham’s various educational interventions.
Sarika is a Senior Program Coordinator and heads the Prevention Program in Mumbai. She has been with Pratham since 1998. Sarika has a Bachelor of Arts degree from S.N.D.T Women’s University in Mumbai; she has also done courses in Sanitary Inspection, MS-CIT, Civil Defence, and Paraprofessional Social Work. Sarika oversees the sponsorship and center based initiative across Mumbai.
Navanth is Senior Program Coordinator and he heads the Rescue and Repatriation Program in Mumbai. Navnath looks into critical areas pertaining to the violation of child rights across Mumbai and works closely with the Juvenile Aid Protection Unit. He is also member of the Task Force Committee of the Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburbs.
Krishan is the Senior Program Coordinator who is based in Jaipur and is responsible for the different projects in Rajasthan. She joined PCVC in 2011 and has completed her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Indira Gandhi National Open University).
Amarpal is Senior Program Coordinator and is responsible for the programs in Uttar Pradesh. He has been with Pratham since 2011, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kanpur University, Uttar Pradesh and Masters of Social Work degree from Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Uttar Pradesh. Over the years overlooked different projects across the PCVC geography like Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and continues to contribute in different field operations.
Ashvanee is the District Coordinator in Bahraich Uttar Pradesh. He joined PCVC in 2015 and took on the role as a Nodal officer for Childline. Since 2019 he has been responsible for the monitoring of programs in Bahraich as a district coordinator.
